Yesmaris: Settled by a group from the west coast of North America, this warm oceanside valley will be a pleasant place to settle with the northern mountains blocking most of the precipitation. Those settling the area plan to seek inspiration from their homeland, with a focus on medium density low rise buildings along the coast, and a focus on recreational along the northern mountains. This area will have local maritime infrastructure to connect to the islands and allow fishing vessels to dock.

Mirror Rock: Although these lands were uninhabitable upon the settlers arrival, it appears that at some point in the distant past these mountains were once occupied by a small civilization. These people appeared to carve out the mountains and develop an underground infrastructure. Although almost all of the previous people's buildings are gone, those who settle the area pay homage to the lost civilization by also building infrastructure tied deeply into the mountains.

New Cappy: The economic hub of Belle Cappy. This area boasts numerous high rise towers that feed off the themes of Singapore and New York. There is a focus on public transit to move around this area and there is little inner-city vehicle infrastructure. This area includes an international shipping port to allow imports and exports from the islands.

Pasea: This mostly dry area on the island has become a popular tourist destination with many resorts along the eastern cove, and a secluded beach in the south. The area features transit connections to Region 3 and has a mixture of high and low rise buildings. This area also features a heliport to allow travel two and from the islands.

Posani: The posani peninsula has been settled by a group from the coasts of Italy and Greece, and with it comes their style. The south coast boasts the colorful facades seen throughout the coasts of Italy, while further north in the region there is a focus on sandstone with various vineyards and orchards. The inner west coast will have local maritime infrastructure to connect to the islands and allow fishing vessels to dock.

Stern Isles: This area is off limits for large scale development. It has been identified as a rare environment for many wild species and those few who live on the island dedicate their time to maximizing the environment. There are a few shipwrecks and relics in the area from previous explorers who were not successful in their journeys.
